Our Next Planned Litter
We’re planning a litter from Cora in Autumn 2019. For more details on our breeding commitement, please continue reading.
For further information or enquiries, please contact us.
We breed a litter only occasionally when I want to keep a puppy myself and/or have a sufficient waiting list of prospective new owners.
Health and temperament are our fundamental consideration when planning each litter and the parents of all Gazenorth puppies are comprehensively heart tested by a Veterinary Cardiologist. It is also my practice to eye-test all our dogs annually.
Puppies are raised in our home and are given the best of care from the day they are born.
They are well-socialised and used to living in a typical household when they leave us. This includes regular exposure to washing machines, TVs, vacuum cleaners, other dogs, raised voices and the usual hustle and bustle of a busy household.
From their time spent playing in our garden, they’ll have experienced the outdoors (in varying weather conditions) as well as having had exposure to passing vehicles, children, walkers and horse-riders.
Prior to leaving us, all puppies will:
- Be wormed at least 3 times
- Have their dew claws removed
- Be microchipped
- Receive a thorough veterinary check with a written contract and comprehensive puppy-pack
I provide the assurance that should your circumstances change during your puppy’s lifetime, we will take them back or assist with re-homing.
I encourage all prospective purchasers to familiarise themselves with the Kennel Club Assured Breeders Scheme, which gives full details of the breeding standards I adhere to.
Before agreeing to sell a puppy, I will want to discuss certain things with you. Please be prepared to answer questions about:
- Your home and garden
- Your working hours
- Your holiday arrangements
- Any other dogs/pets you may have
- Whether you want a puppy as a pet or a potential show prospect
If I don’t have any available puppies myself, I’ll happily advise you of other reputable breeders who do.
